デザイン

  • フォーム (Form1) にボタン (button1) を配置します。
  • フォーム (Form1) にリストボックス (listBox1) を配置します。

解説

File クラスの OpenText メソッドを利用して StreamReader を作成してから、テキストファイルの読み込みを行っています。D:\test.txt に保存されているテキストを出力しています。
